font color conditional formatting based on background color.

Hi,

I have created a barchart that shows the %complete for a project Plan and have changed bar color to the desired state.

however I need to add an explaning text to show the %percent complete, so added a shape on top of the bar with the text.

I am wondering if it is even possible to change the font color of the text field based on the background color of the bar chart. when it's grey the font color will be black and when it's dark blue the font color changes to white?
