fetch live data from SQL Server

Hi,

I have reports in Power BI fetching data from the Stored Procedures in SQL Server, these stored procedures are being refresh daily so can anyone help me to get this updated data into my reports. 

Once the data is refreshed daily in the stored procedure I want the same refresh in Power BI reports.

Is this possible, please help
