f(x) button is missing from "Cluster Column Chart" when we put 2 calculated measure in Y-Axis.

I am not sure if you mean the legend is missing on the graph or what other buttons are you refering to.   You currently have the Legend off in your visual. Turn the legend on if you want to show in the graph what each bar means.
