Hi,
Is there any way to export more than 500k rows in power bi without using report builder.
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
You can export up to 500k rows by using this option for a single visual. Things to remember is that you have build permission on the dataset.
This way you can analyze more than 500k rows.
Another way can be you can use paginated reports as it can print every row and use as many pages as necessary while exporting.
Thank You
This I am aware but it only allows upto 500k. I have rows more than 500k. Paginated report performance is very slow. So avoiding it.
Hi @Anonymous
You may have simply first googled it.
Pls refer this:

Hope it helps!
I have googled and didn't found aprt from paginated report which seems too slow. The link u provided will not help as end user needs to create the pivot view .
Hi @Anonymous
Have you tried it. I see it opens from one drive and in pivot view only.
Hope it helps.
this way:
and then open online:
I am aware of this. After exporting it will ask to drag the columns in rows and column section and I have 40+ columns, so not feasible.
