export from matrix in report server

hi guys i have a matrix in my dashboard. when i open it from edit in power bi desktop, i can export data from the matrix but when i publish the dashboard on report server, i cant export the data from matrix there.

does it have any setting for getting export from published dashboard?

Please check following highlited settings in your matrix. Both of them should be on.
