What are the errors and how many rows are you trying to export? There are limits as to the number of rows that can be exported from Desktop or service - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-visualization-export-data?tabs=powerbi-d...

You can write a use DAX Studio to export more than this. The limit will not depend your device's memory.
