According to your description, I reproduce your problem.
Although it didn't display the expected format in Power Query, you can find it display the correct format when loaded into Power BI Desktop.
If you still want to change the format in Power Query, you can right-click the column, then select Change Type>Using Locale
Set it like this:

@Marridd22 Maybe check your Format in Column Tools tab of ribbon and make sure it is set to Whole Number and not Scientific?
