    Test143 = SUMMARIZE(_Emp,_Emp[Deptno],"Names",CONCATENATEX(_Emp,_Emp[Ename],","))

    Measure 2 =
CONCATENATEX ( VALUES ( Table2[Sales Rep] ), [Sales Rep], "," )
