employee Hirarchy

here i try to show the table which i am working based on this...

i hace three coulmn manager, associate manager(e1), employee(e2). employee working under associate manager, associate manager working under manager. but employee column associate manager name also there.

1. need to create hirarchy associate manager name should not be shwon in employee list but never effect in employee count.
