Missing employee
I am unable to locate a staff member in the BISL report. I have opened all the Divisions, but she is not listed. How can I get her added?

If a staff member is missing from the BISL report even after expanding all divisions, it's likely that her data is either not included in the source system feeding the report or filtered out based on current report logic.First, verify that her employee record exists in the underlying HR or source database with all relevant attributes such as division, department, and active status. If the data is present but still not appearing in the report, check if there are filters or slicers in place that might exclude her based on criteria like role, location, or employment status.
To get her added, you may need to contact the report owner or the BI team to ensure her record is being ingested correctly into the dataset and is not being unintentionally excluded by any data transformation or filtering logic.

Try filtering the data in the Table view to see if there is a corresponding data to check the problem.
