dynamic target stacked bar chart

hi, 

i am trying to make a stacked bar char with a dynamic target line, like the result using constant line but using a measure to determine the value, 8 changes every month.  (custom visual bullet chart is not an opcion)

or some tutorial to make custom visuals.

I have similar issue. Your solution is showing one bar for each category. Is it possible to stack all categories and add dynamic constant line like below?. Here my target line is derived using measure.

not yet,

I gave myself my own solution, using a stacked bar char on value i put the value and the target, then the color of the target changes to withe and the data label target insade base, then play with the end of the x axis to bar width.
