I'd like to link between measures and the choices by user

Measures	slicer
Margin	variance
Margin %	%variance
Diff	variance
Diff %	%variance

Margin = [Sales Amount] - [Total Cost]

 When the suer selects  [Sales Amount]  [Total Cost] and variance, it'll displayed [Sales Amount] , [Total Cost] and Margin

  When the suer selects  [Sales Amount]  [Total Cost] and %variance, it'll displayed [Sales Amount] , [Total Cost] and Margin%

diff = sum(Sales[Net Price])-sum('Product'[Unit Price])

when the user selects   [Sales Amount]  [Total Cost] , net price , unit cost and variance, it'll displayed [Sales Amount] , [Total Cost] and Margin and diff

In the real project i've about 80 measures and I eed to creat a separate slicer to calculate variance and %variance

It's the same scenario like before: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/dynamic-columns-in-table/m-p/2984827#M1019750 and I gave you the solution there. You just only need to apply possible scenarios that user can pick.

The difference here is not only select what kind of columns needs to appear Value 1, Value 2, Difference, %Difference (like in your prebious post), but in the Value 1 and Value 2 change it to be the measures that end user can select.

@bolfri the end user would like to have a slicer variance and %variance separately from the other slicer for the measures.

Thats why I said "Value 1 and Value 2 change it to be the measures that end user can select". Simply add a possible measures combinations and the end user will select 2 correct one, they will appear in Value 1 and Value 2 measures to be shown the var and %var like in the previous post.
