duplicate Rows

Hello, I am very new in using power BI ,I have 2 question :

I have one data set as follow:

In the grid I have to show them as follow:

would you please guid me how could I create this grid.

I tried to crete the grid, but I have duplicate Row for A , with different value for example for B.

also I need to show them as follow:

Which visualization should I use ?

You may use Hierarchy Method to keep data in the format you want. Ignore my suggetion if you already tried.
