get largest filtered record date

Hi, 

I have created the following measure to get the latest record of each order. But It isnt quite working..

the max date for these two rows should be 25/04/2024 as this is the largest date between the quarter start and end

then the next step is to filter the table. I want to create a second measure like this

Latest = IF(SLA[RecordStart]=[max date],0,1)

but I cant reference the column. How can I do this?
