Filtering with Slicers

You will require a cardinal relationship in your data model between the two tables driving your filters. 

I wouldn't recommend having two separate filter panels, you are going to provide your users a confusing user experience. However, to try to solve your answer:

a) If you, for example, are filtering for value "A" in Slicer 1 and want to show in table 1 only values for "A" and for table 2 values for "B-Z" then you should follow the instructions from this post.

b) If you are filtering for value "A" in Slicer 1 and want to show in table 1 only values for "A" and for table 2 all values (A to Z) then you should restrict the interaction between Slicer 1 and Table 2.  Follow this documentation.

c) If you want to Slicer 2 select automatically what Slicer 1 selects (or doesn't select) then that's not possible.

What does the table associated with the two Slicers look like? If you want one slicer to affect another, there should be a connection between the related tables.
