Hi @Anonymous,

The new calculated column is Text data type.

hour/min =
IF (
    DATEDIFF ( data[startdate], data[enddate], HOUR ) = 0,
    FORMAT ( DATEDIFF ( data[startdate], data[enddate], MINUTE ), "" ),
    DATEDIFF ( data[startdate], data[enddate], HOUR ) & "."
        & (
            DATEDIFF ( data[startdate], data[enddate], MINUTE )
                - DATEDIFF ( data[startdate], data[enddate], HOUR ) * 60
        )
)
    & "mins"

Hi

Thanks to replay.

It displaying hours and minutes,

startdate                          end date                         hour/min

3/18/2012 7:00:00 AM    3/18/2012 8:05:00 AM   1.65 min

but my requirement is hours with minutes

startdate                          end date                         hour/min

3/18/2012 7:00:00 AM    3/18/2012 8:05:00 AM   1.05 min

can you please assist?

Kunuthuri

Hi @Anonymous,

With my above DAX formula, you could get the result "hours with minutes".
