I am trying to load ClickDimensions but it keeps coming with an error. I can't go in and try to chang the log in details every time I go in it automates the login. I have tried detailing cache and cookies. Can anyone help?

Hi @Funkydrewster,

Have you tried run Power BI service use IE browser in InPrivate mode, or used another computer to log in Power BI service?

Hi, I have tied it on other peoples PCs, different devices and it doesn't work.  Not sure what I can do now as it keeps remembering what I put in previously so doesn't give me the next screen to put the new details and then automatically goes to import and then fails
