delete row based on keywords

Hello,

I need to delete rows from my data model if  a certain name is found in any other Excel file after every data refresh eg.

data model       other excel has

a                        a

b

 then after data refresh my model should remove whole row related to a as its available in other file

That's not something Power Bi can do.  You can only filter rows, but not delete them.

To "delete" rows  you would need to avoid loading them which means you need to remove them in Power Query.
