HI @Anonymous ,

In my opinion, you can create a custom sort table to setting custom sort orders and link to the original table to enable custom sort orders.

Custom Sorting in Power BI
Since you are working on direct query mode, if you can't create a calculated table in Power Bi side, you can try to create this table on the database side and get data to power bi.
