date add -1 year doesnt work

Hello

this is my table:

this is the measure for score(AverageCitySocailScore):

this is the measure for last year:

there is a relation ship between date and the fact:

any ideas why it doesnt work?

Try to mark your dim date table as a date table, unfortunately, I am out if images that I can add to discussions.
