data source credentials error

Hi

Capture.PNG

I have published my Power Bi report.

However, I get a data source credentials error.

My data comes through multiple O data feeds. I don't want to re-enter my credentials every time. How do I fix it?

Hi @AlbertSteyn ,

Is there a gateway installed on your computer? If you have it installed, you can manage data sources. If not, you can install an on-premises data gateway first, then manage data sources.

Hi The data is in the Azure server (in the cloud). Thus I don't think a gateway is needed?

The data comes from the Businesse Central which is a Microsoft product.

Hi @AlbertSteyn ,

This looks like a problem with the data source. Are the credentials for connecting to the data source the same every time? If so,  you can install an on-premises data gateway then manage data sources. If not, edit credentials may be necessary.
