data shared

Hello,

 

I am new to Power BI. I recently downloaded Power BI desktop (Free version) to see what all can be done with the data before I recommend it to my department to buy the PRO version. But I wanted to make sure that the data which is exported to Power BI will not be shared (unless I share it with specific people) as it is confidential, right?

Yes, the data publish to the Power BI online service will not be shared to anyone unless you modified the sharing settings.
