I have 2 tables with 50% same columns but there is no uique column. And im not able to get many to 1 data mapping.

@Anonymous You can create a Composite Key with all the matching columns in both tables.
For Example Column's in Tables 1 & 2
t1.A, t1.B, t1.C, t1.J t2.A, t2.B, t2.C, t2.D, t2.R, t2.J
with Composite Key Data { Both table have: ABCJ}
t1.A, t1.B, t1.C, t1.J, t1ABCJ
t2.A, t2.B, t2.C, t2.D, t2.R, t2.J, t2ABCJ
Join on the Composite Key.
