data filtering question

Hi all,

I have 2 filters in my report, one that shows the months and one that shows the quarters.

YBZ_0-1633032731915.png

Now when I click on for example February, my 'quarterly' filter is automatically changing to Q1. I understand the logic, but now I would like to play a little bit with the filters and what I actually want to achieve is that I when I click on February, I would  see all 'quarterly' filter buttons (Q1,Q2,Q3) instead of only QTR 1. If however afterwards I would click on a specific QTR, for example QTR 2, it would anyway need to filter/highlight April, May and June (and having all other months still visible in the filter).

Is it correct understanding that I could achieve this via bookmarks?

Thanks for any guidance 🙂

Regards

Yes, you need to duplicate your current sheet to 4 sheets. Each sheet will fixed filter with different quarter filters Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. Then bookmark each of them with the different names

Now you can create 4 quarter buttons then assign to above bookmarks 🙂
