hi, i have two questions:

1: if i whant to see my dashboard thru the web (powerbi.com and sign in),and i whant the options to refresh the data and get the latest updates, do i ave to built the dashboard only on direct query mode?

2: if i whant to hide a data and intreduce only the visuals (i have a sales manager that i whant him to see only green or red ,depend on profit perect) how can i block the option of the data labels? also whant to disable the options of seeing the data when put the mouse on the visuals.

its can be done??

Questions1

If you want to get the refreshed data, you can schedule a refresh on your dataset, before schedule a refresh, you need to have a gateway to refreh data. Or you can use directly mode as you said. Please refer to the link below to see the details.

If you restrict you manager to see the original data, you can use a workaround to confditional format your data since there is no a way to conditional format directly. Please refer to the link to see the details.

hi, i didnt understand how its can solve my problem.

i have a branches ,  and for all branch i have a column ths show the profit percent.

i whant my sales manager will see only gree or red

if profit percent is 65% - gree

if profit percent is 64% and down - red

now i'm using the regular conditional format and disable the data labes, but when i'm hover the visual with the mouse - there is a popup that show the numbers.

i need solution for that.
