create the date table in Power Query, see code here - Extended Date Table (Power Query M function) - Power Query / M Code Showcase - Enterprise DNA Forum

Make sure you have the same data type for the two columns used for the relationship.

DateTable1 =
ADDCOLUMNS (
    CALENDAR (MIN('CR Monitoring'[sys_created_on]), TODAY()),
    "Year", YEAR([Date]),
    "MonthNumber", MONTH([Date]),
    "MonthName", FORMAT([Date], "MMMM"),
    "Quarter", "Q" & FORMAT(QUARTER([Date]), "0"),
    "YearMonth", FORMAT([Date], "YYYYMM"),
    "YearMonthName", FORMAT([Date], "YYYY MMMM"),
    "Day", DAY([Date]),
    "Weekday", WEEKDAY([Date], 2),
    "WeekdayName", FORMAT([Date], "dddd")
)
