customers not responding to Zones in Matrix visual

Hi,

I am new here and don't know english much I m stuck in a problem to find customers who didn't sales in last 3,6,9,12 months and succeded by creating a measure below by creating a parameter of above mention months 

DIS SALE NEW = CALCULATE([Sec Value]<=0,DATESINPERIOD('Date'[Date],MAX('Date'[Date]),-Parameter[Parameter Value],MONTH))

But the Problem is when I am filtering through Zones which is parent of Customers  they are not Responding please guide me

Due to I could not reproduce your problem, could you please share your pbix if possible or give me some sample data to have a test?
