Hi ,
I need to calculate current week ,previous week values . Have the below data . can anyone please help with dax ?
Category | total profit | Date |
Current week measure is working but im getting error for previous week. Having 2category records for previous week ,showing only one record.
@Jyo27 Try something like this:
Current Week Measure =
VAR __Date = TODAY()
VAR __CW = WEEKNUM(__Date)
VAR __Result = SUMX(FILTER('Table',WEEKNUM('Table'[Date]) = __CW),[total profit])
RETURN
__Result
Previous Week Measure =
VAR __Date = TODAY()
VAR __PW = WEEKNUM(__Date) - 1
VAR __Result = SUMX(FILTER('Table',WEEKNUM('Table'[Date]) = __PW),[total profit])
RETURN
__Result
Current Week Measure = VAR __Date = TODAY()
Instead of Today() can we pass dynamic date /week num ?
@Greg_Deckler can you please provide a solution for the above issue
var__date = Today()
instead of today can we pass dynamic week number ?
