The SAR English (Saudi Arabia) currency is missing from the currency list

What exactly are you trying to do?
If you just want to display the currency symbol beside the values you can use a Custom Format String
Select the currency column from the table under the data section.
In the Format section of the Ribbon enter "SAR "0;"SAR "0;"SAR "0; or whatever way you wish the currency to be displayed.
