    Hi , moh3azzam

    According to your description, you want to calculate the percentage of the column.

    Here are the steps you can refer to :
    (1)This is my test data:

    (2)We can click "New Table" to create a table :

    Table 2 = UNION(UNION( ADDCOLUMNS( SELECTCOLUMNS('Table',"validColumn",[Valid1]) , "ColumnName","Cutomer Full Name"),
     ADDCOLUMNS( SELECTCOLUMNS('Table',"validColumn",[Valid2]) , "ColumnName","Address")),
      ADDCOLUMNS( SELECTCOLUMNS('Table',"validColumn",[Valid3]) , "ColumnName","Industry Code"))

    (3)Then we can create two measures :

    Valid = DIVIDE( CALCULATE( COUNT('Table 2'[validColumn]), 'Table 2'[validColumn] = "valid") , COUNT('Table 2'[validColumn]))
    Not Valid = DIVIDE( CALCULATE( COUNT('Table 2'[validColumn]), 'Table 2'[validColumn] = "not valid") , COUNT('Table 2'[validColumn]))

    Then we can put the fields we need on the visual and we can meet your need:

    Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!

    Best Regards,
