I have to make measure for each year.
If I use “new measuer” menu one by one, It’s burden for many measure.
Is there way to create many measure at once with text editor sytle?

I don't know how to create many measures at once in Power BI.
If you need measures for every year, just create one measure and add columns into table as below:
add [year] from a date table,
( Create a date table and create relationships between date table and your main table)
Date = ADDCOLUMNS(CALENDARAUTO(),"year",YEAR([Date]))
Measure = SUM('Table'[value])

Look at ALM Toolkit or DAX Studio. There you can run INSERT queries against the data model's DMVs.
@YonghunLee this is not the right approach that you are trying to achieve. Here is my advice. Post sample data and what you are trying to achieve and we will able to provide an effective solutions. Something you posted on measures doesn't make sense and is not the right way to do this.
It is all about making things scalable rather fixing/solving an immediate problem. I'm sure you agreed with it.
