create a table in power bi with the subset of existing table and apply filters

Hi,

I want to create a new table which should point to an existing table in Power BI.

Currently I have Table A which has following filters applied:

I want to create a new table, Table B which should point to the Table A and unpivot it and apply additional filters.

Currently I am copying all the script from Table A and unpivoting it and applying additional filters. It is loading all the data again from Table A.

Is there any other way to point directly to the Table A and do all the additional transformations?

Thanks,

Rinku

@patilpoonam21,

Right-click TableA and select Reference. This will create a new table that uses TableA as its source.
