create a new column for distinct values based on another column in matrix visual.

Hello experts,

 

I have been struggling to find a solution for this. I want to count a distinct value based on specialty.

I’ve got a table with some calculations as below.

In short, I want to create a total column that can give me a distinct value for each service type (Observations, Educators etc…)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

@P_P2595 it is important to know what raw data looks like, share the sample of raw data.
