You may add a custom column in Query Editor.

let
    Source = Table.FromRows(Json.Document(Binary.Decompress(Binary.FromText("i45WMjBU8MsvUzAyMLQEElZAZGxuZWCgFBsLAA==", BinaryEncoding.Base64), Compression.Deflate)), let _t = ((type text) meta [Serialized.Text = true]) in type table [Column1 = _t]),
    #"Added Custom" = Table.AddColumn(Source, "Custom", each Text.ReplaceRange([Column1], 20, 1, ".")),
    #"Changed Type" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(#"Added Custom",{{"Custom", type datetime}}),
    #"Changed Type1" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(#"Changed Type",{{"Custom", type date}})
in
    #"Changed Type1"
