connection problem with staff Gateway

I'm having problems connecting to the personal gateway, need to know what are the protoclos and ports used by the personal gateway, could someone tell me?

Read this articel for info to the Power BI Gateway - Personal:

The gateway communicates on outbound ports: TCP 443 (default), 5671, 5672, 9350 thru 9354. The gateway does not require inbound ports.
