The error message mentions that the measure is not correct. You should add an aggregation function on column 'No' like SUM(), MAX() and others.

I checked file logo, the error message in the below :
A single value for column 'No' in table 'test' cannot be determined. This can happen when a measure formula refers to a column that contains many values without specifying an aggregation such as min, max, count, or sum to get a single result.
