connect to an OData source within Excel

Hello, I have an AD account that I am attempting to use to connect to an OData source within Excel. I have confirmed the username and password are correct. What else can cause this error? I'm not familar with connecting to cloud based apps. The user appears to have the proper permissions on the application end.
