Hey all,
Im trying to connect the data with tabular(ssas) to built in PBI template.
I'd like your help with the connection becuase when im trying to import the template it opens in a new PBI file and when im trying just to connect directly with the SSAS it won't let me(although I can connect to the ssas from a new file with no issues).
Thanks!

The solution: I deleted in the power query all the data sources/tables I connected and then it let me connect to the ssas.
Hi @Anonymous ,
"im trying to import the template it opens in a new PBI file and when im trying just to connect directly with the SSAS it won't let me..."
What is the pop-up window and what do you need to provide when you are importing a template?
Best regards,
Lionel Chen
