conditional format based on previous month

I have table like shown below which now show value & total icons based on their value, conditional format you can find in second screenshot.

How can I have the icons in the cells their based on the previous month value, so if the value did increase a green arrow up, when it declined a red arrow down, the orange horizontal arrow if value is the same?

I have Month number column as well (screenshot show Month name) and all data is available in one table.

@bartvdg , Create measure for this month and last and use that for MOM and in conditional formatting

MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD('Date'[Date]))
