compare with previous values and print the highest

Hello everyone,

I have a problem to compare value with previous values from the previous row to print the value that is highest. Here is the measure that I have created but the values does not same with my expected result.

highest previous kW =
CALCULATE( [values measure],
TOPN(1FILTER(table [DateTimeLocal.1.1] <= MIN(table[DateTimeLocal.1.1])),
[values measure], DESC))

I am trying to get the values as in column "highest previous" below.

If anyone knows or can help me on this please let me know ya! Thanks a lot!

@Anonymous , New measure assuming "values measure" is a measure

previous kW =
CALCULATE( [values measure],FILTER(allselected(table), [DateTimeLocal.1.1] = maxx(FILTER(allselected(table), [DateTimeLocal.1.1] < Max(table[DateTimeLocal.1.1])),table[DateTimeLocal.1.1]) ) )

highest previous kW =
CALCULATE( maxx(values([DateTimeLocal.1.1] ), [values measure]) ,FILTER(allselected(table), [DateTimeLocal.1.1] < Max(table[DateTimeLocal.1.1])))

I have tried the measure for "highest previous kW" that you have given and it works for me. Thank you so much sir! 😊
