    You can try the following methods.
    Measure:

    Name measure = 
SWITCH(TRUE(),
    SELECTEDVALUE ( Slicer[name] ) = BLANK (),SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table'[name] ),
    SELECTEDVALUE ( Slicer[name] ) = SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table'[name] ),SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table'[name] ),
    "-"
    )
