cohort analysis

hi so i am trying to create a cohort analysis. i have three columns; user id, order date, total amount paid.

i am trying to find the customer retention rate. but my output is coming as shown below.  but i know i have 6k repeat customers out of 76k customers. so there is a small churn % which is not reflecting on my cohort. the no.s on my cohort is count of user id. Please if you have encountered similar issues, please help me. ERRORCOHORT.PNG
