changing display of date hierarchy on stacked chart x axis

hi everyone,

i have the following stacked chart with quarterly segments.

thing is the caption on the X axis is kind of messy.

anyway i can keep quarterly granularity and only show year?

here is an example of what i mean, below the present X axis.

what i actualy meant, and apologies if it wasnt clear enough, was to hide the top x axis and show only the bottom one, ie the years, while still having quarterly bar and line segments.

Power BI does not support this feature currently based on my research. You can raise a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner.

On the chart x-axis options turn off the concatenate labels and then sort by the date column:
