change positive figure into negative for part of the columns (only the revenue) in power query

Hi I have a P&L with cloumns that show both revenue and cost section as positive. when i create pivot table, the net result is wrong. I was hoping power query can create a dymatic formular to change only the revenue section into negative on those columns (not create new columns because there are Act, Bud, YTD act, YTD budget etc, too many columns)s) Does anyone know how to do this?thanks

example: column B is what i want to achieve.

  AB
1rent income100-100
2parking income200-200
3R&M cost2020
4staff cost9090

thanks very much, that looks positive. i will try that. can  you please show me where to go to put this? do i can go to Add Column--conditional column? or else where?

Can you please be more specific? I tried to do this in the conditional column where it contains "revenue", but it does not work. I am leaning this to find a solution for work task.

thanks. but i ony want part of the column (which is the top rows for revenue) to multiplies; I dont need the whole column to be multiplies by -1. how i can get this result?

So, a calculation that is conditional based on the values in the 2nd column? If you have consistent naming conventions, you can establish rules like "if value contains "revenue" then *-1 , else .. " Is this closer to what you're looking for?

I'm not sure I fully understand, some sample data would help. But you can just create a calculated column that multiplies the positive column you want to be negative by -1.
