HI,
I want to import data from an Excel file sorted as in the figure
but once exported the ordering changes. Is it possible to keep it the same as the one in the Excel file? Thank you

Hi @Gianluigi ,
You can add an index column and sort the data by the index column after exporting.
1.Add an index column.
2.Sort by index column.

Hi @Gianluigi ,
Based on the screenshot you provided, it looks like the data you imported is in ascending date-time order. When importing an Excel file into Power BI, use the Power Query editor to sort the data in the desired order before loading it into Power BI. You can follow these steps as the data is loaded:
1. Open the Power Query editor and select the columns you want to sort.
2. Use the Sort Ascending/Descending buttons to sort the date data before loading it into Power BI.

Hai Ada,
In Power Query, it's sorted the way it is in Excel.
Thank you
