change order of columns and measures

I have a matrix with looks something like this:

	Year 1		Year 2		Year 3
Material	Measure 1	Measure 2	Measure 1	Measure 2	Measure 1	Measure 2
Material A	100	0%	110	10%	150	36%
Material B	100	0%	150	50%	200	33%
Material C	200	0%	210	5%	230	10%

but i want to create something like this, where i see each measure together, i.e. I want to switch the priority of years and the measures. Is this possible with a matrix?

The year is currently in the "columns", and the measures are in the "values".

	Year 1	Year 2	Year 3	Year 1	Year 2	Year 3
Material	Measure 1	Measure 1	Measure 1	Measure 2	Measure 2	Measure 2
Material A	100	110	150	0%	10%	36%
Material B	100	150	200	0%	50%	33%

@jhd I guess you have measure 1 and 2 on values, unfortunaltey you cannot change the look the way you want, it is going to show each measure from value section for each column.
