change format axis

How do I modify both axis, left axis needs to display the Dollar amounts by 1000's  a line for each 1000 not 50,000 and the bottom axis needs to display the actual date, not Month Day.

what do I need to modify?

Click on the visual and then the paintbrush icon on the right and expand X and Y axis. All the settings and control you have are there. Unfortunately, I don't believe you can control the increments for Y at least.

Hello,

How I would handle something like this is to have a DateTable and in there you breakout what you want to see for a particular date. Eg 26/04/2016 columns for this could be Month, MonthName, Day, DayName, Year, Day-Month,Qtr etc. Hope you get the point. Then create a relationship between that table and your existing table. As for your other question, I remember seeing a way to configure the number to show as "Thousands", "Millions" etc but I can't seem to find it.
