change bubble shape on map

Using a map visual with specified long and lat, I see only bubbles.

Is there a way to change the shape (I want a rectangle) that remains a constant size. I want it to keep the same size when I zoom out/in on the map, and not proportionally change.

the only variable I see is changing the % size of the bubble:

Use ArcGIS map instead, it allows you to change the shape in "Edit" mode.

Alternatively, you can import custom visual Icon Map by Altius

ArcGIS rquired a fee to be operational, so do not use it

The Icon map lets me specify icons, will see if I can dynamilly change icons based on values
