cannot launch Power BI Desktop

I tried 2 ways of installing. First I downloaded the .exe version(Sep 2022) from website and install it. After I double click the shortcut, it shows up the login step. I entered my registered email and password, then it stayed at the lauching image forever. 

I also tried to install it from app store. It ended with the same result. It just keep showing the lauching image. There is no any error info poping up.

Can anyone help?

1. Confirm That NET Framework 4.7 (or 4.8) is Enabled in Windows 10

2. Run Power BI With Admin Rights

3. Install the Correct Power BI Version for 32-bit Platforms

You just mentioned that after opening it asks you to log in, you skip the login attempt to do so.If you can, you can share a screenshot.

tried installing 32bit version. Still stuck at the loading image.
