can't refresh the data of report published in the my workspace

After a few month refreshing data sucessfully, some day the data can't be refreshed.

Being asked to upgrade to Power BI Pro.

Why do data published in the my workspace need a pro license?

Did you share the report? How many times you refresh the dataset per day?

@Anonymous , the Free version has size limitation, check if the size of data might have increased on service.

Check setting-> Manage personal storage

It seems no problem with storage.It still has 90% space.
